How do I apply Bloom's Taxonomy to my essay? Help!?

Ok. My research topic is suppose to be Technology and Inventions of the 1500s. I'm suppose to apply Bloom's Taxonomy to organize my paper, but I have no idea how to do that.... please help!!!
