I was accused of throwing things at cars by police?

i was accused of throwing things at cars by police ,, i pulled up in front of a house to talk to a friend about fixing his car system he was intending on going into the house the crime happened at, i do not know the teens that live there but they know of me through my other friends ..as i pulled up i noticed allot of deb res in the road well as i got out of my car i heard an object hit the roadway i noticed it being a perfume bottle i looked up from where it came from and seen a male standing in the window laughing .. i was told by my friend with the system that that was ''mikey'' he is semi retarded i said he must be throwing **** at cars i am leaving come to my shop if you want it looked at .. we both left the scene and a week later i find out the cops came and they did break a car window! and the mikey owner of house and his friend had told police that me and my friend where the ones that did it... i was not seen by police at the house but im being blamed for throwing things at cars just because they said i did it..i got papers in mail saying i need fingerprinted and am being charged with criminal mis wreck less endangerment and projecting missile into roadway .. how can they attempt to charge me with something i did not do i wrote a statement at police station and everything.. what should i do?? i feel like im gonna be framed and charged!! help
