What are some organizations who's leaders apply a unique management technique?

This is for a rsearch paper I have to do for my management class where I have to research companies(organizations) whose leaders have a unique management technique. I tried searching for some companies but I did't have any luck so I was wondering if anyone could help me find a organization that I could do my paper on, I would like to do something on a anime organizaton like Funimation or Viz but anything will do.
