I have NO MONEY, NO CREDIT, and we are almost out of toilet paper AND other stuff...HELP! WHAT DO WE DO?!?!?!?

0I live with my mom, and I have been sick and disabled for five years or so. I got sick when I was 17, a senior in high school, and I had to quit my job and I had to enroll in my school's "home-bound" program to be able to graduate. (A teacher comes to your home and teaches you there, like a tutor, but free as it is a public school system program. You are allowed to graduate with your peers at the school's regular graduation) My mom has her own health problems. However she works full-time at the school's administration building. But she does not make enough money to support us with the expense of all our bills AND my medical bills AND her medical bills. And I have so ma.y health problems the doctor's can't even tell me what's going on with my body to cause so many diagnoses and then STILL have unexplained problems!!!!!! I have, for sure, gastroperesis, IGG3, anemia, osteoporosis, cystic ovarian syndrome, Chron's, IBS, Fibromyalgia, acid reflux disease, and my personal favorite...the bones in my lower back are rapidly degenerating. Plus all the depression, anxiety, and insomnia caused by all the above. The doctor's are probably (In my opinion ...) missing the cause of all this and they're really diagnosing my SYMPTOMS that are a part of a LARGER disease or condition. Because I've STILL, even with all those diagnoses, have many symptoms that NONE of them explain. Also, WHY would I have SOOOOOOO many different things?!?!?!?! So ANYWAY the POINT of all that was to explain why I can't work and why I have medical bills SOOOOOOOO HIGH!!!! Now, I have FINALLY been given social security because of all that. And it does help make it easier, but it still falls quite short! And I applied for food stamps, but because of my age (21) I had to apply for food stamps with my mom's income, and they consider her $10 an hour job to be MAKING TOO MUCH, so we were denied! So, anyways this month has been even worse than normal financially because I had to be hospitalized twice and my mom got a kidney stone and had to have tests done and my phone broke (our ONLY phone), so now we have nothing and are both overdrawn in our bank accounts to the limit, we are out of food, we are out of toilet papers and other toiletries. We have nothing of value to sell. We have no family still living who are able or willing to help. My abusive, alcoholic father "hates" me, and left my mom years ago. My sister left with him. And I don't have Amy friends left much anymore as I'm always to sick to do anything and I actually don't even remember my.life for two years and I've not been a good friend......Can someone please, please, please tell me what to do immediately? !?!?!!?!!?!,
