Am i feeling Real Labour or False Labour?

I am due on Friday. 2 days ago, I lost my mucus plug. I woke up this morning with strong back pain, which came and went like every two hours. I went to the washroom and wiped and saw pink on the toilet paper. At one point there were 2 contractions that were 10 minutes apart, but then after that they were just irregular. They are still irregular right now. Is this the start of real labour, or is it false. Should I wait until the contractions get worse or what should i do? This has been going on all day..
