Mom wants jail time for me?

It sounds like you are in a real horrible living situation. Whatever the reasons are between you and your mom, I can tell you one thing. It is extremely unhealthy for you and for her. I admire you for your ambition to get a good life and for being such a young person, you have a full understanding of the importance of education to have a great bright future and that those credentials you strive for are going to be an accomplishment that only you can have the right to have under your name and that NO ONE will ever be able to take away from you and will carry you far, especially with the mature attitude and outlook you possess at such a young age. If you have any family members that can help you out, perhaps you could move in with them until you complete your education and get that career that will make you the independent strong person you will be in the world, someday, you and your Mom, can work out your differences, whatever they may be, only you and her will know that.
