Will non transferable class grades affect my GPA when applying to universities?

First and foremost: thank you for any responses. I did some time in the military, had to attend a community college before transferring to a university, so I'm currently enrolled in a two year college. I took an EMT class which I passed but did not want to do as a career and also completed some lower level math classes just to refresh my math cognition (I have since moved on to higher level math classes). Will the EMT courses and lower level math classes (which are not accepted at four year universities) have any impact on my GPA that a four year college considers?
