I am so LOST about college! Can someone help?

Hey, I am a senior in high school, i havent taken the atc or act or sat test yet, my School Year GPA is 2.959 but my Cumulative GPA is 1.931. I really dont know if thats good or not. Well my mind is set on going to Weber State University this fall, but i don't know when deadlines are, I don't know how to get scholarships, or even if im qualified. I got some papers with a list of scholarships but i dont know where to begin or to even know if im qualified. Im just worreid ill be to late to apply for college or even apply to scholarships! .. its been weighing on my mind for a while. and now everyone is talking about deadlines, and im so lost! can someone help me out a bit??
