Turbo Tax Visa Withdrawal Limit?

I'm thinking of efiling my own taxes this year because applying for an RAL just doesn't seem worth it. I'm going to use the TurboTax free edition and get the prepaid visa with it. My question is, what's the ATM withdrawl limit? I really don't want to wait for a paper check so I'm opting for the prepaid card but I really want to be able to take out my whole refund from the ATM. I'm expecting about $3700.00 this year.
