I am a FTA currently looking to cross train into the 1N0X1 career field.?

What are my chances of getting approved? Can anyone tell me what 1N0X1 is like daily? How long is the tech School? Whether the tech School is hard? What are the deployment rates? Whether 1N0X1 translate to a great civilian career after the military. I plan on doing 20+ years.
