What is causing this...?

I feel a pulse in between my eyebrows and I can see it pulsating in the mirror. What is causing this? It's becoming somewhat bothersome and I've also had a headache for the last 4 hours. I'm not asking you to diagnose me but just give me some advice on what it could be so I can do some research before I see a doctor if it persists.
