What does these new healthcare changes mean for future physicians?

I hear a lot of people saying that doctors won't be making as much money as now. But I think these people are just saying that. I mean I'm not going to go into medicine for the money but there is just so much demands with the job. I mean they save the lives of civilians everyday. I mean if you got shot, doctors save your life, they work 60+ hours a week, which hurts their families, and now other career has to study for as long! I'm just saying aren't people suppose to be payed for what they do. Like lawyers help people get justice and politicians deal with a lot of stress, so I just can't believe these people.
