Girls help please...?

OLEAUT32.dll IS MISSING FROM MY LAPTOP!!!my HP mini netbook will not even go to my desktop because OLEAUT32.dll is missing.i do not know how to fix it since it will not even go to my desktop. i am only a 12 year old girl so i do not know how to do these things. i dont have a dad to ask and my brother is younger that me and has no clue either,nor does my mom…..PLEASE HELP!!!
