What is the oldest European language known to man?

I'm assuming that 'the oldest European language known to man' wouldn't be spoken in this day and age...but I still want to know about it. My research tells me that it's either Bisque or Corsican and, if not, it's still included within the broad group which comes under 'Indo-European' languages. HELP ME PLEASE!!! T~T
